Refund policy
All sales are final.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully — including size, colour, and quantity — before completing checkout.
The only exception is an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, email us at hello@banfana.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
