Shipping Policy Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Shipping times Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the country, and 7–21 business days for international destinations, depending on the carrier and customs. Shipping rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Lost or delayed packages If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, email us at hello@banfana.com with your order number and we'll help track it down. Damaged in transit If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement. Note: Banfana Supply is a demonstration store.
